Step 1 of 4 — Children & courses
Our lessons run live in an online classroom, and every lesson is recorded in full — for the protection of both students and tutors. Because the whole session is recorded, your child's presence will be part of the recording: their voice when they speak, and their picture if their camera is on or they appear on screen. It is not possible to exclude an individual student from a lesson recording.
Recordings are stored securely and used for three things only: safeguarding, teaching-quality review, and revision — students in the class can re-watch their own lessons later. Recordings are never published on the open web or shared outside the class and our staff.
Promotional photos & clips (separate from lesson recordings, which are never published): may we use selected photos or short clips that include your child in our newsletters, website or social media? Promotional material is hand-picked, so if you choose No we simply won't use anything featuring your child — this has no effect on their lessons or on the lesson recordings above.
Emergency First Aid. Do you give permission for Emergency First Aid and for staff to seek further medical advice or intervention in an emergency if your child becomes seriously ill while attending a course? *
Photos & videos. We take a registration photo of each student for school use. We may also take additional photos/videos for class albums or our website/social media/brochures. Do you give permission for these additional photos or videos? *
Travelling alone. I want my child/children to travel home / to the centre by themselves. I acknowledge that responsibility for my child's safety travelling alone is mine. *
Break time. I give my child/children consent to leave the centre during break time. *
